Sugar and Frosting, Keller bakery was asked to create a cake for NBC Channel 5 and Telemundo in the shape of the new station's 1 year anniversary. Below is a photograph provided by NBC 5. 
We were super nervous as we always are when recreating such a large and special cake that is recognizeable by all who see it. We began to scale the cake and also began to determine how we could fit this in the fridge while providing enough cake at the same time. Balancing act for sure!
